The offer and sale of products on the fainacalzature.it website are governed by these General Sales Conditions.
The General Sales Conditions may be periodically updated; those published on fainacalzature.it and accepted at the time of checking out shall be considered effective and binding.
Please read the terms and conditions carefully before purchasing.
A descriptive sheet is displayed for each product chosen, with a picture and the main characteristics, for example: colour, size, unit price.
The images and colours of the products offered for sale on fainacalzature.it may not correspond to the actual ones due to the Internet browser and/or monitor used: Giuliana Faina di Ranieri Roberto is not responsible for any inaccuracies due to a particular computer configuration or malfunction.

The products offered for sale and their prices are those indicated on fainacalzature.it.
If the products are not available at the time of ordering, the corresponding size will not be displayed.
If, due to the simultaneous purchase by several customers, the ordered product is no longer available, an order cancellation e-mail will be sent.
Giuliana Faina di Ranieri Roberto may change the products offered for sale on fainacalzature.it and the relative prices at any time and without prior notice.
The price of each item is indicated in Euros: including taxes (VAT), excluding shipping costs.
The cost of shipping is indicated before payment and calculated according to the destination of the goods.
The total amount does not include any customs charges that may vary according to the customer's country of residence.
The placing of a purchase order implies knowledge of these general conditions of sale and their unconditional acceptance.
Products offered for sale on fainacalzature.it may be purchased by consumers/customers who have reached the age of majority and who are acting exclusively on their behalf.
The sale and/or redistribution of products purchased on fainacalzature.it is prohibited.
Giuliana Faina di Ranieri Roberto reserves the right to assess the acceptance of orders received.
Giuliana Faina di Ranieri Roberto shall inform the customer by e-mail of any impossibility to accept the orders received.
Upon conclusion of the purchase, the Customer receives written confirmation of the product ordered, the amount to be paid, with details of the price of the product and the shipping costs.
Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard): at the time of purchase, customers enter their credit card details into a secure electronic banking system provided by Axerve Ecommerce Solutions of Banca Sella.
Credit Card Security: all transactions are processed through a secure server, providing customers with maximum data protection. In order to ensure greater protection for purchases made in the e-commerce environment, it is recommended that you subscribe to the services provided by the various banks, so that you can make your purchases safely. The credit card used will be charged at the time of purchase.
PayPal (this payment method does not require the customer to enter the credit card number or other personal data, but the data previously registered through the PayPal membership procedure).
By choosing the Paypal payment method, the customer can pay directly through his/her Paypal account. The Seller reserves the right to ship the goods only to the address indicated on the account verified by Paypal.
Bank transfer: by choosing this method of payment, at the conclusion of the order the customer automatically receives a confirmation e-mail containing the Seller's bank details, after which the goods are set aside pending the arrival of the bank transfer to the account. The customer must send a copy of the transfer by e-mail or fax within 48 hours of receiving the order confirmation. If within this period the Seller has not received a copy of the transfer, the order shall be deemed cancelled. The order will be dispatched once the transfer has reached our bank account.

It is recommended to specify the reference of the ORDER NUMBER on the bank transfer description of payment.
Cash on delivery: the customer may decide to pay the goods to the courier upon delivery ONLY for shipments within the Italian territory. This is a special delivery method that costs €4.00 including VAT. In this case, the customer will be charged for cash-on-delivery costs as specified on the order upon confirmation. Payment shall be made in cash upon receipt of the package. If the parcel is not delivered for reasons dependent on the customer (wrong address, recipient always absent, incorrect telephone number, etc.) or if the customer refuses delivery, it will no longer be possible for future orders to choose cash on delivery. If, for any reason, the Seller has to make a refund for a cash-on-delivery payment, this shall be made by bank transfer, so it will be necessary for the customer to provide a bank account. A telephone number must be provided.
Methods of payment or delivery other than those indicated on the site are not permitted.
Information on shipping methods is given at the time of purchase. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are charged to the credit or debit card at the time of purchase. Any customs charges levied in the country of residence are always borne by the customer.
All purchases to be shipped in Italy are delivered by GLS - BRT courier. For some destinations defined as inconvenient by the couriers, we reserve the right to ask for additional charges and to use the Poste Italiane courier service.
The following table shows the shipping costs for the different amounts:
For purchases of less than € 99 the shipping cost is € 5.00.
Delivery in Italy is free for amounts over € 100.
In Europe and the rest of the world, shipping costs vary, as indicated on the website at the time of purchase.
All orders are delivered by GLS, BRT from 9am to 7pm, Monday to Friday.
The forwarder requires the recipient's signature "for receipt" at the time of delivery.
Once the items have been dispatched, it is no longer possible to change the destination address.
Products are delivered to the address requested by the Customer (shipments cannot be delivered to PO boxes).
From the receipt of the order the delivery time of the products is as follows:
Italy 2-3 working days
Islands 2-4 working days
Other destinations in Europe 5-15 working days
Please provide a valid address and telephone number to which the goods can be delivered during delivery times. Please indicate any change of address in good time.
The courier will inform the customer by e-mail or text message of the delivery code to track the delivery.
Any delays in delivery of more than 10 (ten) working days must be reported promptly to our Customer Service and in any case within 30 (thirty) calendar days from order confirmation.
We recommend the customer to check the goods at the time of delivery and verify that the quantity of the products delivered corresponds to what was ordered, that the packaging is intact, undamaged, or otherwise altered. Any anomalies must be noted in writing on the courier's delivery note.
Any delivery problems must be reported promptly to our Customer Service and in any case within 30 (thirty) calendar days from order confirmation.
ORDERS WITH IN-STORE COLLECTION
It is also possible to collect the product directly from the store by checking the relevant option at the end of the check-out process.
All packages shipped are insured against theft/loss and damage from the moment they are handed over to the courier for shipment until delivery to the recipient.
If you are not satisfied with the products you can ask for a refund or an exchange.
The conditions for exchanges and returns are as follows:

Purchased goods may be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
The customer can send the package by the method of his/her choice or we can send our courier to pick up the product. A fee of € 10.00 in case of total return and subsequent refund is foreseen.
Returns from foreign countries are the responsibility of the customer, who may use a courier of his choice and at his/her own expense or may ask us to collect the goods for a fee to be determined according to the customer's country of residence.
The refund, excluding shipping costs, is credited to the same credit card used for the purchase or to the bank account used for the bank transfer.
Giuliana Faina di Ranieri Roberto will send an e-mail confirming receipt of the return and activation of the refund procedure. The refund of the price of the returned products shall take place within 15 days from the date of receipt of the returned product in the conditions indicated.
It is possible to exchange the purchased product within 14 days from the date of delivery.
To exchange the product, send an e-mail with the exchange request to email@example.com. Unauthorised exchanges are not accepted. Please refer to the procedures indicated in the paragraph "Return procedure".
A contribution of € 5 will be charged for the first exchange (in Italy)
Returns from foreign countries are the responsibility of the customer, who may use a courier of his choice and at his/her own expense or may ask us to collect the goods for a fee to be determined according to the customer's country of residence
The shipping costs of the exchange following the first one shall be borne by the customer.
Products must be returned in their original packaging to ensure that they are not damaged during shipment.
The products to be returned must not have been worn, used or damaged. They must still have all original tags and security seals intact.
The shoes must be tried on a carpet and returned in the original box, which is an integral part of the product. Shoes returned without a box or in a damaged box may be refused and returned to the Customer.
If the sticker is removed or the garments are creased, the return will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Returns that do not meet all the conditions will not be accepted.
The address to indicate on the parcel is Giuliana Faina Strada Santa Maria Rossa 1/C3 06132 S. Martino in Campo, PG (Italy).
It is also possible to make an exchange directly in our store. The exchange must take place within 14 days of receipt of the order. All you have to do is turn up at the shop with the goods to be exchanged (always in perfect condition and with tags attached) and a printed copy of your order confirmation, which shows the order number, the items purchased and the amount spent. Without this receipt, the exchange will not be possible.
Products received already damaged or showing lack of conformity are considered defective.
It is possible to request an exchange of the defective product within 14 days from the date of delivery, following the same steps as for Returns/Exchanges.
In such cases, Giuliana Faina Calzature will replace the defective item with an identical one, if available, or repair it if possible, the replacement product will be sent to the Customer by courier without further shipping costs.
If replacement or repair of the product is not possible Giuliana Faina Calzature will proceed with the refund. The re-credit, including shipping costs when the product is originally defective, is made to the same credit and debit card used by the Customer for payment or by bank transfer.
Return of gifts
In the case of products purchased and sent as gifts, the return can only be exercised by the Customer and in no case by the recipient of the gift, following the same steps as for Returns/Exchanges.
It is understood that the integrity of the product is an essential condition for the exercise of the right of withdrawal.
A Customer who is not satisfied with the product received may exercise the right of return within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Please refer to the same procedures for the return of products as expressed in the Returns/Exchanges paragraph.
The refund of the price of the returned products shall take place within 15 working days from the date on which Giuliana Faina Calzature received the product returned in the conditions indicated.
The re-credit is made to the same credit and debit card used by the Customer for the payment, excluding shipping costs (unless the products are originally defective).
Customs duties and sales taxes are not refundable for orders placed outside the EU.
The fainacalzature.it website is managed by Giuliana Faina di Ranieri Roberto.
Security and personal data
Giuliana Faina di Ranieri has put in place suitable security measures to protect against unauthorised access or use of the personal data and information provided.
Bank details are neither recorded nor retained on the fainacalzature.it website, but are kept in a secure database of the bank used by Giuliana Faina Calzature and which appears on the transaction page solely for the purposes of the commercial transaction.
Although Giuliana Faina Calzature has taken every precaution to guarantee the security of personal data, it must be borne in mind that the transmission of data via the Internet is never completely secure and that any information disclosed online could be collected and used by parties other than those for whom it was intended.
All the content of the fainacalzature.it site (drawings, illustrations, photographs, text, graphics, descriptions, trademarks, images, videos) is the exclusive property of Giuliana Faina di Ranieri Roberto licensed to it for use.
It is prohibited to reproduce, distribute, publish, disseminate, copy, modify or sell by any means whatsoever, in part or in full, the contents of the fainacalzature.it website.
It is only possible to print material for personal, non-commercial use.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY - WARRANTY EXCLUSION
The fainacalzature.it website may contain imperfections and Giuliana Faina di Ranieri Roberto does not guarantee that they will be corrected.
The fainacalzature.it website and its contents are provided "as is" and "as available".
By using the website, the user assumes all risks associated with such use and assumes full responsibility for any loss of use, loss of data and costs incurred in servicing and repairing the hardware and/or software used in connection with the website.
