Payment Methods

All payments for purchased products can only be made using the following methods. The use of these methods does not incur any additional charges for the buyer, except for cash on delivery.

Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard)

At the time of purchase, customers enter their credit card details into a protected electronic banking system provided by Shopify. All transactions are processed via a secure server, ensuring maximum data protection. The credit card will be charged at the time of purchase. Giuliana Faina Calzature does not gain access to your credit card details.

PayPal

This method does not require entering a credit card number or other personal data, but uses data previously registered through the PayPal circuit's registration procedure. The Seller reserves the right to ship the goods solely to the address indicated on the PayPal verified account.

Bank Transfer

Upon completion of the order, the customer automatically receives a confirmation email containing the Seller's bank details. The goods are set aside pending the arrival of the bank transfer. The customer is required to send a copy of the completed bank transfer within 48 hours of receiving the order confirmation. After this period, if the copy is not received, the order will be considered cancelled. Shipping will take place when the bank transfer has reached the bank account.

Apple Pay and Google Pay

If you are purchasing from an enabled device, you can use these electronic wallet services to complete the order quickly and securely, without having to manually enter your card details.

Klarna Installment Payments

You can spread the amount of your purchase into convenient interest-free installments. The service is subject to the terms of use and approval of the third-party provider.

Cash on Delivery

The customer can choose to pay for the goods to the courier upon delivery, ONLY for shipments within Italy. The cost of cash on delivery is €5.00 including VAT. Payment must be made in cash upon receipt of the package. It is mandatory to provide a telephone number.

If the package is not delivered due to reasons attributable to the customer (incorrect address, recipient absent, incorrect telephone number, etc.) or if the customer refuses delivery, it will no longer be possible to choose cash on delivery for future orders. In the event of a refund for a cash on delivery payment, this will be made via bank transfer.

Payment or delivery methods other than those indicated on the website are not permitted.

Order Verification

All orders, before being processed, are subjected to authenticity checks directly by the respective credit card issuing institutions, for the buyer's protection. Once the procedure is completed, the buyer will receive an order confirmation via email with a specific order number, to be used in all communications with Customer Service.

You can also order the goods you want via email, by sending a message with the subject "order via email" and indicating:
