Returns and Exchanges

Giuliana Faina offers the possibility to return or exchange a product for a different size. The product must be returned in the same condition as it was received, with its original box and tags.

You can ship the package with a courier of your choice, or we can send our courier to collect the product, for a contribution to the costs of:

 
• € 5.00 in case of replacement or size exchange
 
• € 10.00 in case of full return and subsequent refund

The return of products shipped abroad is entirely at the buyer's expense.

Customers who purchase with an invoice using a VAT number cannot exercise the right of withdrawal, as the purchase falls within professional activity. The withdrawal regulations only apply to Consumers.
