The General Terms and Conditions of Sale may be updated periodically; those published on fainacalzature.it, accepted at the time of checkout, are considered effective and binding.

How to Purchase

For each selected product, a descriptive page with an image and essential characteristics, such as color, size, and unit price, will be displayed.

The discount for the first purchase is not applied to products already on promotion and on certain protected brands on which we cannot offer discounts.

Product Availability

The products offered for sale and their respective prices are those indicated on fainacalzature.it.

If the products are not available at the time of order, the corresponding size will not be displayed.

If, due to simultaneous purchases by multiple customers, the ordered product is no longer available, an order cancellation email will be sent.

Giuliana Faina di Ranieri Roberto may change the products offered for sale on fainacalzature.it and their relative prices at any time and without prior notice.

Product Price

The price of each item is indicated in Euros: taxes included (VAT), shipping costs excluded.

The shipping cost is indicated before payment and calculated according to the destination of the goods.

Any customs duties, which vary depending on the customer's country of residence, are excluded from the total.

Order

Placing a purchase order implies knowledge of these general terms and conditions of sale and their unconditional acceptance.

Orders can be placed after registration and/or creation of a personal Customer account. Please carefully read the Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions of Sale. Orders are completed by following the steps and instructions specified on the website.

The purchase of products offered for sale on fainacalzature.it can be made by consumers/customers who have reached the age of majority and who act exclusively on their own behalf.

The sale and/or redistribution of products purchased on fainacalzature.it is prohibited.

Giuliana Faina di Ranieri Roberto reserves the right to evaluate the acceptance of received orders and will notify the customer via email of any inability to accept the received orders.

Order Confirmation

Upon completion of the purchase, the Customer receives written confirmation of the ordered product, the amount to be paid with details of the product price and shipping costs.

Payment Methods

Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard)

At the time of purchase, customers enter their credit card details into a secure electronic banking system provided by Axerve Ecommerce Solutions of Banca Sella.

All transactions are processed through a secure server, ensuring customers the highest data protection. The credit card used will be charged at the time of purchase.

PayPal

This payment method does not require entering a credit card number or other personal data, but rather the data previously registered through the PayPal circuit's registration procedure. The Seller reserves the right to ship goods only to the address indicated on the PayPal verified account.

Bank Transfer

By choosing this payment method, upon completion of the order, the customer automatically receives a confirmation email containing the Seller's bank details. The goods are set aside awaiting the arrival of the bank transfer. The customer is required to send a copy of the completed bank transfer by email within 48 hours of receiving the order confirmation. If the Seller does not receive the copy within this period, the order will be considered canceled. Shipping will be made once the bank transfer has reached the bank account.

Cash on Delivery

The customer can choose to pay for the goods to the courier upon delivery, ONLY for shipments within Italian territory. The cash on delivery cost is €5.00 including VAT. Payment must be made in cash upon receipt of the package.

If the package is not delivered due to reasons attributable to the customer (incorrect address, recipient always absent, incorrect phone number, etc.) or if the customer refuses delivery, it will no longer be possible to choose cash on delivery for future orders.

In case of a refund for a cash on delivery payment, this will be made via bank transfer. Providing a phone number is mandatory.

Payment or delivery methods other than those indicated on the website are not permitted.

Shipping Methods

Information on shipping methods is provided at the time of purchase. Shipping costs are borne by the customer. Any customs duties provided in the country of residence are always the responsibility of the customer.

All purchases with an address in Italy are delivered by GLS courier, from Monday to Friday. For some difficult destinations, we reserve the right to request additional charges and to use Poste Italiane courier.

The shipper requires the recipient's signature upon delivery. Once items have been shipped, it is no longer possible to change the destination address. We do not ship to post office boxes.

Delivery Times

From the receipt of the order, delivery times are as follows:

Italy: 2-3 working days
Islands: 2-4 working days
Other European destination: 5-15 working days

Please provide a valid address and a phone number where the goods can be delivered. The courier will notify the customer via email or SMS of the tracking code to trace the delivery.

Any delivery delays exceeding 10 working days must be promptly reported to our Customer Service and, in any case, within 30 calendar days from the order confirmation.

We recommend checking the goods upon delivery and verifying that the quantity of products matches what was ordered and that the packaging is intact. Any anomalies must be noted in writing on the courier's delivery note.

Orders with In-Store Pickup

It is possible to pick up the product directly in-store by checking the appropriate option at the end of the checkout process.

Insurance

All shipped packages are insured against theft, loss, and damage from the moment they are entrusted to the courier until delivery to the recipient.

Returns and Exchanges

If the products are not satisfactory, you can request a refund or an exchange within 14 days from the delivery date, by sending an email to info@fainacalzature.it.

The customer can ship the package with a courier of their choice, or we can send our courier to collect the product: a contribution of €10.00 is required in case of a total return and subsequent refund.

Returns from foreign countries are entirely at the customer's expense, who can use a courier of their choice or request our collection upon payment of a fee to be quantified based on the country of residence.

The refund, excluding shipping costs, will be credited to the same credit card used for the purchase or to the current account used for the bank transfer, within 15 days of receiving the returned product in the specified conditions.

Exchanges

It is possible to exchange the purchased product within 14 days from the delivery date by sending an email to info@fainacalzature.it. Unauthorized exchanges will not be accepted.

A contribution of €5.00 is required for the first exchange. The shipping costs for subsequent exchanges after the first will be entirely borne by the customer.

Products must be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during shipping.

Return Conditions

Returned products must not have been worn, used, or damaged. They must have all original tags and security seals intact.

Shoes must be tried on a carpet and returned in their original box, which is an integral part of the product. Shoes returned without a box or in a damaged box may be refused and sent back to the Customer.

If the sticker is removed or the garments are wrinkled, the return will not be accepted and will be sent back to the Customer. Returns that do not meet all required conditions will not be accepted.

In-Store Exchange

It is possible to make an exchange directly in-store within 14 days of receiving the order. Bring the merchandise to be exchanged (in perfect condition and with tags attached) and a printed copy of the order confirmation with the order number, purchased items, and amount spent. Without this receipt, the exchange will not be possible.

Defective Goods

Products received already damaged or showing conformity defects are considered defective. It is possible to request an exchange of the defective product within 14 days from the delivery date.

Giuliana Faina Calzature will replace the defective item with an identical one if available, or repair it if possible, without additional shipping costs. If replacement or repair is not possible, a refund will be issued, including shipping costs, to the same credit/debit card or via bank transfer.

Gift Returns

In the case of products purchased and sent as gifts, the return can only be exercised by the Customer and in no case by the recipient of the gift. The integrity of the product is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal.

Refunds

A Customer unsatisfied with the received product can exercise the right to return it within 14 days from the delivery date. The refund will be processed within 15 working days from the date Giuliana Faina Calzature received the returned product in the specified conditions, to the same credit/debit card used for payment, excluding shipping costs (unless products were originally defective).

Customs duties and sales taxes are not refundable for orders placed outside the EU.
